Consumers Sue Bumble Bee, Chicken of the Sea and StarKist Over 'Dolphin-Safe' Claims

Class action lawsuits were filed by consumers in California on Monday against tuna companies Bumble Bee, Chicken of the Sea, and StarKist. The suits allege that despite the "dolphin-safe" claims on their products, the companies actually employ fishing techniques that kill or harm dolphins.
